Not A Good Day
Today was not a good day. I've been asleep most of the day, and every single meal has come up so far. My pain is ok, but I'm fearful of taking my medicine because I don't want to throw it up. I know I have some drops, but I didn't want to resort to those so soon. I hope I can get a little better before I start getting worse worse worse. Please continue to keep me in your prayers.

Linda,
I just wanted to write to you again and tell you that I am thinking about you even though we have never met.
I want to tell you that hospice is there to keep you comfortable. Stay on top of your pain and if you are not sure you can keep food down then drink lots of fluids.
Watch simple TV shows like Wheel of Fortune or Price is Right. Whatever makes you happy.
Again, the melanoma warriors are continuing this fight. We wont stop until we can get a handle on this beast.
You are in my thoughts.

Hello Linda,
I am so sorry for your sadness and pain. To encourage you, you have to know your life is full of love and this love will continue through all eternity. Those who are a part of your life have received your permanent love to pass on to others and will never be forgotten. That is what God sees and knows as He is the God of Love Forever.
My prayers are with you - you are beautiful!
Love,
Cynthia

Linda,
You are always in our thoughts and prayers. You are blessed to have so many friends and family around you .... you are not alone in this journey. Love, Marilyn & Jim
Also ... know that we keep Reanna in our hearts, too.
Love, Marilyn
As always, Linda, you are a trooper; a tough cookie; a strong woman who inspires without realizing you do so. What can I say but continue to be strong? Sebastian; as before; I know what's going on right now isn't easy on you, either. I know that Linda is blessed to have a rock like you with her. God bless the both of you. Hold, touch, feel each other as much as possible and if you have to tell each other you love each other 100 times in a day, so be it. Enjoy the quiet moments together. You have my never-ending prayers; all of you.
HELLO LINDA, JUST WANTED TO SHARE A FAVORITE POEM WITH YOU. LOVE RAYMOND
"Life is a fragile thing
And it can change within an instant
Nothing is safe from the effects of change
No person or possession we're given
The only things we can hold forever
Are the memories in our hearts
The loves we share upon this earth
Before it comes our time to part
So choose a pathway that brings you joy
Take time for quiet moments each day
Appreciate the challenges that strengthen your soul
And the blessings God sends your way
Don't let your heart be ruled by anger
It's just not worth the stress
For the tumult will only expand in your heart
And crowd out happiness
Live each day with wonder and gratitude
For the beauty that surrounds you
And share your abundance generously
It'll ensure future blessings will surround you
Meekly accept that life's journey will include
Unexpected, soul-wrenching heartaches
That will bruise your soul and alter the course
You always imagined your life would take
And when that happens you'll have the choice
To embrace hope or hopelessness
You can't avoid grief, but you can refuse to accept
A lonely future of bitterness
So choose to be grateful for each moment
With the loved ones you've been given..."
